A molded silicone pipe sleeve can be customized around a pipe that needs an exterior rubber covering. The bore and length should follow the actual pipe profile, including any nearby shoulder or connection. Choose the finished silicone formulation for the temperature and duration of exposure at that location.
Check the sleeve in its installed condition. A pipe may be hotter than the surrounding air, and repeated heating or cooling can be part of normal operation. Evaluate the fitted component under those conditions, including whether its ends remain positioned as intended.
Leave sufficient clearance from brackets and other hardware so the sleeve is not cut or compressed at an unintended point. During installation, avoid dragging the bore across a damaged pipe edge. Clean contact surfaces before refitting and inspect for a changed shape or surface condition during maintenance. If the sleeve repeatedly moves or distorts, review the working fit and exposure rather than selecting a tighter bore solely to restore the appearance of secure attachment.

Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
