Product Overview

A pressure cooker silicone seal should be matched to the specific appliance design and its required food, thermal and operating conditions. Its profile, compound and locating features form part of the complete cooker assembly rather than an interchangeable ring selected by approximate diameter.

ETOL can customize dimensions, color and material construction. Compare the intended seat, lid geometry and any orientation features before choosing the molded profile. Keep the seal clear of appliance components that need their own operating space.

Install and evaluate the gasket through the cooker's specified process. Check the entire contact path for a section trapped outside its seat and use the appropriate evaluated replacement configuration. The complete appliance must establish its required function with that component fitted.

For cleaning or servicing, follow the prescribed cooling and pressure-release procedure before removing the seal. Inspect it for cuts, permanent distortion or material changes, and examine the mating lid and seat if damage is uneven. Replace an affected part before the cooker is used again.
