A smooth surface on a rubber mount can make its contact pattern easier to inspect, but it does not by itself define friction or damping behavior. The industrial device's load, mating surface and installation determine how the component works. The custom profile should be developed for those conditions.
Material, size and color options allow the mount to match the assembly. Define which face supports the device and which features retain the part. A smooth visible face may serve a different role from the surface compressed inside a mounting pocket.
Evaluate the complete support arrangement with the intended hardware. Check installed height, alignment and clearance around the rubber. During inspection, look for uneven polishing, localized indentation or a change in the contact boundary. These marks may reveal an offset load or interference that was not visible during fitting. Keep residue and abrasive particles off the working surfaces. If the mount repeatedly shifts, review its retention and the force direction rather than assuming a different surface texture alone will correct the assembly.
Photos illustrate structure or material only. The industrial device's load, mating surface and installation determine how the component works. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
FIND THE RIGHT FIT
Choose hemispherical, tapered or recessed rubber feet and compare the mounting dimensions. All values are in millimeters. Use the drawing labels for each product; a dash marks a dimension not supplied in the source.
12 sizes for recessed rubber feet, including flat and rounded bases. The Base column identifies the lower-edge style. C is recess depth; the appearance rendering shows a rounded-base example.
