A Heat Resistant Rubber Washer provides a shaped elastomer layer around a connection or fixing exposed to heat. The washer dimensions and the joint's compression arrangement should be developed alongside the silicone formulation, since temperature suitability alone does not establish that the installed geometry is correct.
Identify the temperature at the washer itself, the duration of exposure and the substances contacting it. Match the central opening and outside area to the mating components so the rubber is supported where force is applied. A washer that protrudes into a clearance gap can deform differently from one supported across its intended face.
Assemble the joint using the specified fastening method and evaluate it through the relevant operating conditions. Inspect the washer when the equipment is in its appropriate service condition, looking for displacement or changes in section. If a used washer remains flattened after removal, compare the original design thickness before selecting a replacement. Avoid adding another washer to recover height unless that arrangement is part of the equipment design.

Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
