These suction cups with plastic hook provide a removable hanging arrangement on a suitable smooth surface. For items that are taken down and returned often, the repeated handling motion is part of the mounting demand. A cup may be undisturbed under a resting load but moved sideways when the item is lifted off.
Choose a position that lets the item clear the hook easily. Check that its handle or loop does not catch behind the plastic section and pull the cup outward. The high-strength title does not supply a defined working capacity, so evaluate the real item, surface and loading direction together.
Custom dimensions, colors, hardness and engraved or embossed identification are available. A larger or differently shaped hook should be considered with the suction base rather than treated as an independent cosmetic change, because it can alter how the force reaches the cup.
Inspect the contact rim when the fitting is cleaned or relocated. Release suction before moving the cup, remove residue and check for edge damage. If the hook has shifted during repeated use, unload it and correct the seating or position before continuing to hang the item.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
