A high temperature resistant rubber sealing gasket forms a flexible interface between mating surfaces exposed to heat. Its compound, thickness and retained outline need to suit the joint at working temperature as well as during initial assembly. Custom size and color options allow the part to follow the sealing location.
Identify how heat reaches the gasket and how long it remains present. A brief warm process and continuous contact with a heated surface are different conditions. Include the fluid or gas at the joint and any cleaning exposure when selecting the finished rubber. The material family alone should not be used as a universal temperature limit.
Assemble the gasket on clean, supported faces and avoid stretching it to align the openings. Check the seal in the complete operating arrangement, including warming and cooling where relevant. Once it is safe to inspect, examine for a shifted edge, local hardening or a permanent uneven profile. If the joint is reopened, correct damaged seating surfaces before replacing the gasket. Increased tightening should not substitute for a suitable material and the intended compressed geometry.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
