Match the attachment and installation method
Vacuum suction cups with screw attachments need the fastening feature to seat without distorting the rubber body. Thread diameter, pitch and usable engagement should match the receiving assembly. A screw that bottoms out unexpectedly can leave the cup incorrectly positioned even when the connection feels resistant to further turning.
The lip must still suit the actual contact surface and remain free to form its intended seal. Check any air passage associated with the connection and preserve the required flow path. A threaded fitting does not establish holding capacity; the surface, vacuum arrangement and direction of force all matter.
Evaluate the complete installation in its working orientation. During maintenance, inspect for a loose connection as well as cuts or permanent deformation in the rim. Tightening the fitting further cannot correct a damaged contact edge and may add stress to the body. Replace the selected component when its geometry no longer supports the original connection and surface-contact relationship.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. Thread diameter, pitch and usable engagement should match the receiving assembly. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.

Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
