Mobile phone suction cups provide a molded contact element for a phone-support arrangement. The cup size and shape can be customized around the holder and the intended surface. The way the phone is configured in use matters, including its case and any attached accessories.
A suction face needs a suitable continuous contact area. Texture, curvature, seams, or raised features can prevent the cup from seating as intended. Check the actual phone or case surface rather than assuming a bare-phone attachment will behave the same after a case is added. The phone's orientation also changes how its weight acts on the holder.
Clean the contact surfaces and inspect the cup lip before attachment. Press it into position according to the holder design and check that it remains secure before letting go of the device. Keep the phone away from positions where detachment could cause injury or damage. Suction should be reassessed after repositioning or changing the contact surface; it is not a fixed load rating independent of the installation. Remove grit or oily residue during care, and replace a cup with a torn or distorted lip. The complete holder and phone combination should be assessed for the intended location and handling conditions, including any movement expected during use.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
