Custom rubber seal parts can be molded or cut in different outlines to follow the sealing interfaces of an assembly. The useful shape is determined by the contact function, including the opening that must remain clear and the surfaces available to support the rubber.
Select silicone or another suitable compound for the relevant exposure, then define the profile and thickness around the joint. Local features such as a narrow neck, corner or locating opening should be evaluated as part of the whole part. A complicated outline should not need to be stretched into a different shape during fitting.
Trial the component using the actual assembly sequence. Inspect whether the mating part draws any section away from its intended face as it closes. If access becomes restricted, complete the seating check before the surrounding hardware is installed. During replacement, compare the designated shape and formulation with the spare so a similar outline from another location does not introduce a different section or material into the joint.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
