An engine vibration damper used as a support foot should be developed around the engine's installed load and mounting arrangement. The working height influences alignment and clearance to surrounding components. The complete set of supports determines how load and movement are distributed.
Define the fastening details and expected direction of deformation, including any startup or shutdown movement relevant to the system. Select the compound for heat, fluids and environmental exposure at the support locations.
