Neoprene Sealing Washers place a compressible ring between mating surfaces around a hole or connection. When oil and water are both present, the selection should account for each exposure separately, including any cleaning solution introduced during maintenance. A broad fluid category does not describe every additive or operating condition the rubber may encounter.
The washer can be customized in size, material, hardness and color. Match the bore and outside diameter to the supported area of the joint, then consider the thickness available after assembly. The rubber should contact the intended faces without being pinched by an edge or displaced into the opening.
During sample evaluation, use the actual fluids and relevant contact duration. Inspect the washer for swelling, softening or a changed seating shape after exposure. If a joint leaks, examine the mating faces and assembly method as well as the compound; replacing the washer with a harder version will not necessarily correct a damaged seat. Keep the selected material consistent when replacing parts in an established assembly.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
