Match the attachment and installation method
A micro suction cup with screw nut attachment needs enough access for the hardware to be assembled without using the flexible cup as a tightening grip. The small size makes thread engagement and surrounding clearance particularly important. The attachment should secure the part while leaving the contact face undistorted.
Custom dimensions, material, hardness and color can follow the OEM assembly. Define the screw and nut interface, mounting thickness and available clearance before selecting the cup profile. The hardware should not bottom out or contact an adjacent feature before the intended fastening is achieved.
Evaluate the completed cup on representative surfaces and in its normal loading direction. Check the rim after fastening for uneven contact. A compact attachment does not establish a general holding capacity. During maintenance, inspect the hardware connection separately from the suction face. If loosening recurs, review the mounting arrangement rather than increasing force on the rubber body. Keep spare cups protected from debris and bending at the rim before installation.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
