A Screw Suction Cup uses a mechanical connection that needs to remain compatible with the deformable cup body. The screw interface should hold the component in its intended position without pulling the lip out of shape or bringing nearby hardware into contact with the target surface.
Custom dimensions, material, hardness and color can be developed around the mounting and surface requirements. Define the actual screw arrangement and available clearance rather than selecting only by the outside cup diameter. Evaluate the lip against the real surface finish and curvature.
Assess holding and release in the complete assembly under its intended conditions. A powerful description does not establish a load capacity for an unspecified mounting or vacuum system. During fitting, use the designated fastening method and inspect the cup orientation afterward. Keep the contact edge clean and examine the attachment if the cup begins approaching the surface unevenly. Correct a loose or distorted mount before choosing another cup size to address the resulting contact problem.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
