A Shock absorber rubber sleeve provides a flexible tubular interface within a custom assembly. The bore must remain suitable for the component it surrounds after the outside is located or compressed by the mount. An acceptable loose fit can change once the sleeve is held in its working position.
Check the inner clearance with the actual surrounding hardware in place. Identify where the sleeve should grip and where relative movement is intended, so the whole bore is not treated as one uniform contact. Custom size, rubber choice and color can be selected, with hardness options from 30 to 90 Shore A. Evaluate the fitted sleeve in the direction of the expected force and look for contact concentrated at one end. Keep the inner component aligned during insertion rather than using the rubber to pull it into position. During service, inspect the bore for local rubbing and the exterior for pinching. A wear mark on only one side can indicate misalignment that should be resolved before fitting a new sleeve.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
