Match the attachment and installation method
Silicone replacement vacuum cups need to match the features that establish contact in the existing equipment. Compare the mounting interface, working height, lip profile and footprint, rather than matching only the visible diameter. A replacement can attach successfully yet meet the workpiece at a different point in the machine's travel.
Inspect the removed cup before choosing the new component. An uneven wear band may show that the machine approaches at an angle or contacts a surface feature. A damaged lip may be the immediate reason for replacement, but the surrounding setup should be checked so the same condition does not damage the next cup.
Select the finished material for the workpiece and process conditions. After fitting, verify contact at the intended pickup position and follow the item through movement and release with the complete vacuum system. Keep the connection clean during installation and avoid introducing debris into the vacuum path. Record the working fit through the component's identification scheme so future replacements retain the relevant geometry instead of relying on a general visual resemblance.
Photos illustrate structure or material appearance only. Vacuum cup height, lip profile and mounting geometry determine where the pad meets the workpiece. ETOL directly manufactures custom-shaped silicone and rubber parts to your requirements.
Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
