Suction cups for glass tables combine a glass contact surface with a threaded screw attachment. The two interfaces serve different roles: the screw locates the cup on the supporting structure, while the flexible cup face contacts the glass. The frame should establish the intended support arrangement so the cup is not forced to compensate for an uneven base.
Custom sizes and colors are available, with hardness options from 30 to 90 Shore A. Choose the cup profile and firmness for the particular glass surface and mounting layout. Thread size, engagement length and the available clearance beneath the glass need to be defined together; a projecting fastener must not become an unintended hard contact point.
Before positioning the tabletop, clean the cup faces and the corresponding glass areas. Check that all mounting points meet the glass without twisting their rims. Evaluate retention and stability with the actual table geometry, loading direction and surface finish, rather than assigning a general holding capacity to the cups.
For a table with several cups, compare their installed heights before placing the glass. A difference caused by screw adjustment or frame geometry can load one contact point first. The support layout should remain suitable when the glass is positioned at its permitted location on the frame.
When moving or servicing the table, follow an arrangement that releases the glass contact without bending the threaded attachment. Inspect cup edges for nicks and permanent curling before reassembly. A damaged lip or uneven support point should be corrected before the tabletop is returned to use.

Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
