A silicone rubber seal can form the flexible interface between a removable closure and the part it closes. Custom geometry allows the sealing face to follow a bottle mouth, equipment opening, or another defined seat. The relevant fit is the complete contact path, including any corners or changes in level around the perimeter.
For a closure that is opened regularly, consider how the seal stays in place while the lid is removed. A loose section can twist during refitting and create a local gap even though the closure appears fully shut. The installed profile should remain seated throughout the closing motion and should not obstruct hinges, threads, or other retaining features.
Cleaning access also matters. A shape with reachable contact surfaces is easier to inspect for trapped residue before the next assembly. Choose the precise silicone compound for the contents, working temperature, and cleaning method. A custom seal is part of the closure design; the final water resistance depends on its compression and the condition of the surrounding components.

Identify key dimensions, mating surfaces and quantity
Agree the compound and manufacturing approach
Review the fit and agreed requirements in the assembly
Manufacture and check against the approved requirements
Identify temperature, contact fluids and repeated movement.
Consider hardness together with wall thickness and support.
Check access, mating dimensions and the fitting sequence.
Yes. Show the receiving opening, contact surfaces and clearance limits. We can review the dimensions and retaining features around the intended fit.
Agree the critical dimensions, material, hardness, visible surfaces and sample requirements. Explain how the part is installed and which interfaces control its function.
A sample can help explain the structure. Compare it with the assembly because wear, swelling or compression may have changed its original dimensions.
The material, part geometry, tooling, quantity and finishing affect the quotation. Include the intended batch size and delivery destination when describing your requirements.
